Where to start....I did make it to convention even with all that's been going on in my life the past several weeks. Have to say I have a wonderful husband and without him I would not be here having so much fun!
I was hoping to post every day but we are on the go so much it's difficult to find the time.
Convention officially began yesterday. Here's everyone waiting for the opening session. Lots of cheers as the door went up!
She also shared several cloth bags with cute fabric flowers. And...a great tip...use some card stock in the layering of the flower to give it more dimension.

The theme this year is I am... They have been asking us to finish that sentence and right now all I'm thinking is... I am excited to share everything about convention with all of you!
This is the project Shelli shared with us on main stage . A cute porcelain frame with magnets made from the new buttons that will be in the holiday mini. A great project for a Christmas gift.
Dawn Griffith shared two cute cards using ribbon.
She also shared this cute baby gift box.
And inside was a baby's headband made using the new Scalloped Tulle Ribbon in the holiday mini. You are going to love it!
Laura Milligan shared some great projects using Stampin' Up! fabric. She showed us both a sew and no sew version of the scissors caddy using the Petal Cone Die. I can't wait to make one for my paper snips.
She also shared several cloth bags with cute fabric flowers. And...a great tip...use some card stock in the layering of the flower to give it more dimension.
Meg Wheeler showed projects using the Snowflake Season Simply Scrappin' Layout Kit also in the up coming Holiday Mini. I think this is going to be my favorite mini. :)
Then she shared a non Christmas page using the extra numbers and embellishments.
Using the snowflake cutouts from the same kit she made a beautiful snowflake. Scrapbook kits are a fun and easy way to make lots of projects wether you are a scrapbooker or card maker.
This year I was able to take the tour of Stampin' Up!'s headquarters. It was really quite amazing. Here I am with several demo friends.
Here's where all the creative work, demo support, and shipping happens.
Everyone's desk in customer and demo support was decorated in cards. Looks like a fun place to work!
The warehouse is huge!
Here's Fran Kennedy and I at pre-convention with our Late Night Stamper's project. It was a lot of fun being an instructor this year. Thank you Ginger and Leishman for helping us cut 140 of the projects.
Convention is so exciting! No pictures can depict all the fun and learning that is going on. I am hoping that some of you might join my team this year and consider taking a trip of a lifetime with me. Let's plan for convention 2013!
I have so many swaps to share with you so make sure you stop back soon!
Looks like you are having a wondeful time. Can't wait to see everything you learned. I watched the video of "I AM..", it was really good, knew you where in that crowd somewhere at the end. Have fun!!!
