Swaps - PAWS Meeting

Last Saturday was our PAWS meeting.  Fifteen or so demonstrators get together to do make and takes, swaps, and share.  And...have too much fun!

I wasn't able to be a part of the swap this month but I did get to take pictures.  That's because I knew there were some projects that I needed to share.  Problem is...because I didn't actually swap I don't have the information to tell you who did what swap.  What I can tell you is they are a great group of talented gals.

I love the colors in this card and the way the Edgelits Die was used with the Adorning Accents Embossing Folder.  Also, take a look at the butterfly. After cutting the two petals off to turn the blossom into a butterfly they were added back on to give the bottom wings more dimension.

These pictures were taken in a kitchen with lots of shadows.  I have tried to adjust the shadows out without compromising the colors but it was difficult.  The Everyday Enchantment DSP is my favorite and I wish I had the pleated satin ribbon in every available color.  Better get out my wish list.

Actually I can tell you who created this card because she is my downline...Leishman Williams.  The Mixed Bunch flower is wonderful in these bright colors and I love it backed with the Vintage Wallpaper embossing flolder.

This is the Twitterpated DSP teamed up with the Heart Collection Framelits.  Then you add the Adorning Accents embossing folder with the tiny hearts and you fall in love. :)

Have to say this is one is of my favorites.  What do you think of these two colors together? Again it's the Everyday Enchantment DSP.  Are you getting tired of me saying it's my favorite. The buttons were made using a circle punch and Crystal Effects.  I can't wait to make some for one of my next projects.

More of my favorite DSP. :)  My Tea Shoppe stamp set has recently arrived at my house and I can't wait to stamp something for my Red Hat group.  We visit a lot of tea rooms.

Speaking of tea isn't this cute.  Not sure how well you can see but this is a cute box to hold tea bags.  They come out from the bottom.  Makes me wish I was part of the swap.

And lastly...a manly card and you know how most of us struggle when we need to make one of those. :) I think this one is perfect.

There was one more card in the swap made by my friend Fran Kennedy. She was sweet enough to actually give me one of the cards even though I didn't swap.  I still need to take a picture of it to share. You're gonna love it.

Don't forget about the Valentine's blog hop where you could be the lucky winner!
